Homes can be taken off the market with a reservation agreement and $10,000 deposit. All reservations must go to a Purchase Agreement within 10 business days and a balance of 10% paid within 30 days of signing the Agreement. Receipt of the contract and 10% deposit locks in the price of the home. The balance of the down payment is due 90 days after contract.
